Every month I go on Verizon to pay my bill and every month It is a different place...I pay all my bills on line and I have no problems and I always make Verizon last because it upsets me so much...I also have the freedom package and pay $60.35 and I can only call De. & Pa. And when I have called them and keep asking for supervisors after supervisors and I get no ware..This has been going on for at least four years..IS THERE ANYONE IN VERIZON THAT CAN HELP ME?????
