VI traded my pixel for the new iPhone 15 after Verizon offered me an 830 trade in value for my phone. I dropped my old phone off at the store yeste And woke to an email stating my credit was reduced to 140. I never would have traded my phone in or changed my phone plan if the 839 was not offered. I want my old phone back and am definitely switching carriers if this is not resolved. Has anyone had this issue actually resolved?
