Over 8 months ago I updated my device and traded in my old device. I have a tracking number that states my device was received by Verizon. Regardless, I have been getting billed for the device. I have called 8 times and every time I was promised the problem would be resolved or someone would call me back. 8 months later, the problem is not resolved and Verizon owes me hundreds of dollars.
How can I find issue a formal complaint with Verizon?
