On Wednesday I tried to watch a live steam of Broadchurch on the BBC America site and was unable to log into my Verizon FIOS account. It said, my User ID of password where incorrect.
I followed the instructions to reset my password and had no problem logging into My Verizon Account. I again tried to live stream using both Internet Explorer 11 and Chrome with no luck, even though I could log into My Verizon Account.
Starting yesterday I have been unable to log in to My Verizon Account also. I get the following web page: "My Verizon is temporarily unavailable." 
I have tried both Internet Explorer and Chrome after deleting my internet history and cookies. I still cannot log in.
I know the issue is not at my end because I tried a computer at work and had the same issue.
