I am unable to pay my bill online.

I have called and been transferred all over the place yesterday. A troubleticket that shows no Info has been opened, with no possitive results. My account number and phone number are not recongnized on the automated phone system.
I have tried
calling in over the phone for hours
talking to online billing support
talked to on the phone billing support
clearing my cache
3 different browsers
4 different PCs
2 tablets
and nothing has worked.
I just want to pay my bill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
