Unable to redeem verizon gift card

I am unable to redeem a pair of $100 Verizon Gift Card for signing up for Fios. I got the email saying I was now eligible to redeem it, followed the instructions and logged-in to my account, but there is no reward anywhere. Funnily, it was there a few days ago, but as soon as I was eligible, it is gone.
