Unauthorized charge

I noticed a unauthorized charge of $3.26 on 11/27 on my bank statement. I know I didn’t pay such a charge. I tried to contact Verizon on Twitter but they told me to call or to contact financial services. The must be a payment on an account I don’t have. Please help remove this charge.

Contact your bank or credit card company. They can remove it faster. Tell them to do a charge back.

more drastic is to have the bank change your account number so Verizon cannot ding it.

That's a waste of time. I've been unsuccessful in resolution to the same problem, only Verizon took $263.15 out of my account.
