I need to unlink my fios and mobile accounts. I moved and had to create a new Fios account, and I would like to link my new fios account to my mobile, but I can't do it until my old Fios account is unlinked. I've spoken to 3 different customer service and reps, and none were able to help me. Please advise on a solution
