I don't even know where to go with this, but I'm getting no help by contacting Verizon on its website. I canceled my service and turned in my equipment, was told there would be a final bill with pro-rated. The final bill has not come yet and there is a new bill with a full month's service. The payment date is coming up so I reached out for an update and the customer representative told me to pay the bill to avoid a late fee and then I would be refunded later. Excuse me, why should I be out of money and wait for a refund instead of getting the final statement? Does Verizon provide interest on the money they want to hold?
