Verizon's website won't allow me to login. It just spins for eternity and states it is processing my request. What is the problem Verizon? I'm so ready to switch companies!!!
Let's figure out what's going on with your My Verizon login. Are you able to log in on the app? What changes were you looking to make?

What if you open an incognito browser tab, bypassing cookies/saved data for the website? If that works, you might have to clear cookies and cache for the website.
