What is the magic that will get me this card? I joined as a new customer in August 2018. A $150 pre-paid VISA card was part of my new customer promotion. I've received several emails from Verizon with directions on how to activate the card, and my online attempts have all failed because the Verizon emaiIs have been non-functional. I've called numerous times, September, October and November, and been transferred and re-transferred, and guess what; re-transferred and subsequently still have no VISA card.
This is ludicrous and has become annoying. Is this a planned scam?
