I find it absolutely pathetic that customers cannot get the latest deals when they want to renew their agreement. My is just about up and I asked if I could get the triple play bundle at the 89.99 price and was told NO! It is only for new customers. Well, wouldn't you think Verizon would want to keep current customers. Looks liek I will look elsewhere...verizon does not seem to care!!!

It's not hard to understand when it says "NEW" customer. If you arent new why do you think you should get new customer pricing when you arent new anymore? You knew the promo you signed up for would end. I'll never understand when people act shocked that they cant get new customer pricing once the original promo is over. Go to Directv, Dish or any other provider and tell me what one will give you new customer pricing once your promo ends. None will give you the same deal. None. You might get another kind of promo but not the original.

I feel ya! I just went through the same thing. My new bill is $215, my orginal bill was under $100. During that time I've undergone 2 major spine surgeries and am not totally disabled and living on fixed disabiity. I'll be gone myself soon enough. i just need to get my health under some control first.
Verizon be damned.

I can play the game, switch to Comcast for a while when that contract ends go back to Verizon and on and on. I'm permanently disabled and in chronic pain so i have nothing else better to do.
