I have a hard inquiry from Verizon east on my credit report. I never gave verizon my ssn and I didn't approve them running a credit check on me.
I have spent over an hour on the phone with Verizon this morning being transferred around to different departments, having my call dropped and dealing with a automated service that wasn't helpful at all
this was unquestionably the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. My bill is always paid on time. This is how Verizon treats their paying customers. I will never ever ever recommend them to anyone. The unmitigated incompetence and ineptitude with their customer service is unfathomable when dealibg with a paying customer. Verizon should be ashamed of themselves for this. Unacceptable!!!
