Trying to change my credit card information and system keeps reporting due to technical difficulties not currently available. Has been going on for at least a day. C'mon Verizon - don't you want to get paid?

Yes. Tried Chrome and MS Explorer. Error message is
"We are currently experiencing difficulties. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience."
