deposit back? How?

Hi everyone,

two months ago I disconnected my account and, after giving my devide back, they told me I will receive my deposit back in 60 days. So, last mounth they sent me an e-mail where they told me I will have back my deposit of 126dollar.

Now they charge me 126dollar for my one time activities, what does it mean?

Can someone help me?
