Hi I've reached out over 12x in total through each method Verizon suggested (call, twitter, chat, text). Wasting over 16+ hours of contact time. I have been promised the solution 4x with written confirmations.
Yet still I get the 900% overcharged bill (both confirmed by the myFios app and they sent me a paper bill despite signing up for paperless billing). I have already signed up for Optimum wifi. $30/Month. It just works....
My family has always used Verizon, I like verizon, and want to stay with verizon. please do something here....
