how do i stop following this discussion?

i had an issue and subscibed by email to keep track of my own question. now the issue is resolved and i can't find a way to make it stop! please make it stop! i don't want to know every question someone in the messaging forum asks. how do i turn it off?

Go to the top of the screen and click the drop-down next to your user name. Click on Preferences. Change your e-mail notifications to your choosing, then press Save at the bottom.
