when I try to login I get an announcement that I am locked out, and need to reset my password.
when I try change my password you send me a message that you cant help me at this time.
Its been over a week, How am I supposed to login????

What did you find or do to resolve your issue in January, 2023?
I had lots of help from the Verizon community, but the bottom line was Verizon has a problem with opening your USA account while overseas.
At the moment I cant add any money to my account to continue my Travel pass. So its an even more serious problem than I had when I came here.
