My 2 year promotional period is almost up, Vz offered an exclusive early offer raising my monthly rate for the Ultimate HD package by $40. Is there anything I can do to retain the same rate, before I swith to another carier?
I've always received more discounts by calling in to Verizon vs. doing online upgrades.
