So, once upon a time I had Internet. Then, I had my wireless service increased to unlimited data. Internet now was redundant or so I thought. Canceled Internet. Didn't pay the bill for canceling. So, I'm paying it tomorrow. But, I spoke to the representative on the phone and she set up an order which I have yet to pay for. When I went to go check it, I clicked on my services. It said I had the triple play. I do not have any services with Verizon except wireless. "My services" states I have triple play for around $158 a month. I don't. I called back and had them cancel the order. There was actually two orders. The lady canceled both. Went back to check "my services". Discovered no change. Still says I have triple play. I don't. There is no bill for it. There is no bill for the unpaid last internet bill either. Why does it say I have services I don't? Why won't it go away? Will I be billed for it?
