Is it possible to read text message sent/received on Jan 17th from one of the phones in my account in my Verizon account on line?
Hi there, DSW4.6.61. As ttipgem indicated, text message content is not made available through My Verizon. You can see the date, time, and originating phone number of the text message, but not what it contained. Depending on the model of device used, it is possible to see message content by installing a custom application. But the app would need to be installed on the device prior to the message activity.
