For years I have been able to log in to my verizon account. NOT NOW
I have been trying for 3 weeks now to log in, over 15 calls to verizon. I found a gal name Angela who has tryed to help me but says it is an engineering issue. It has been over 3 weeks now and can not get the same person and no one knows what is going on. We are traveling and will not have access to mail for a few months. can not set up auto bill pay, can not pay by phone as they can not find my account on pay by phone and want to charge $3.50 to pay this way eventhough it is a verizon issue.
Is anyone elce having these problems
