verizon dollars

Question

I have $75 Verizon Reward Dollars on my Visa card to apply to my Verizon bill.  However, after speaking to a "live agent" he was unable to assist me.  The option to apply my dollars to my bill that he suggested  IS NOT an option online or on the app.  Can anyone please help me?  Thank you

Please be aware of the following:

Verizon Wireless Account Owners or Account Managers can use Verizon Dollars to pay their Verizon Wireless bills:

* In the My Verizon app, or through My Verizon - Choose "Bill" from the top menu, then choose "Payment" options. If you have Verizon Dollars, you'll see the option to apply them to your bill
* In a Verizon Store
* Through our automated phone system by dialing #PMT from your mobile phone
