$100.00 Amazon E-gift card

I signed up for new service and received a black Friday special which included an amazon echo, 1 year of amazon prime, and $100 amazon e-gift card. I have received the first two items and instructions to redeem the $100.00 gift card which I followed. The instructions said I would receive an email containing the $100.00 gift card in 24-48 hours it has now been two months and I have never received the gift card. This is the biggest false advertisement Verizon has ever made. All I want is the gift card I was promised
