We were offered a credit of $100 per line on the first bill for two lines.
That credit never applied
The customer support gave me no assistance whatsoever and actually made me feel unsafe
Now I dont know how to get help.
Feel absolutely robbed and disgusted with this as a BRAND NEW CUSTOMER I'm starting off terrified and hoping I can find some other service to save me from whatever this company tries to do next
