I added a new phone line January 2025. My bill increased to $13,981.53 because Verizon employee put me on a phone plan with only 10MB of data. I wanted my new line to have the same plan I have on my other 2 Phone lines. The One Unlimited for Iphone. I have been calling for 2 weeks trying to get this fixed and all the customer service reps say they will investigate and call me back but none have. I have spoken to a supervisor that said the same thing. My bill is due in 3 days. I have never paid a bill late in my life, but i dont have almost $14,000 to pay a cell phone bill that is incorrect to begin with. Im at my wits end I dont know if i should contact a Lawyer or the Local media or both.
