I am tired of Verizon increasing my monthly bill, without notice or explanation. To date, my bill has increased over $15/month in a year and a half. I messaged about it with what was probably an AI. I was disconnected twice and received the following, bizarre comments before that (verbatim, btw): "I'll be transparent with you, I can see here that the changes was because of the autopay discount, and I can see here that you already on the cheapest option with your plan, and what I can do here is to apply a loyalty discount for you, $4 total for 12 months, let me go ahead and apply it for you, sounds great?" Then nothing - disconnected.
Here's a good one from an earlier "conversation" - "You have a pretty name, how's your day, we love to put a smile on customers faces..." What?! Creepy. Then - the chat mysteriously ends again. O...M...G. Anyone thinking about switching to a different provider, AT & T? Or? This is outrageous and has to be illegal...
