I was on a Verizon family plan for years. Got off of it to form a new family plan with my 80 year old mother to handle her bill. Convinced my sister and brother in law to switch from ATT. It has been a 15 hour plus nightmare with billing. Oh, and I lost a phone upgrade because Verizon told me to wait to upgrade my phone because of all the billing issues . It still isn’t fixed. It is like talking to people that can’t think and reason. What we are supposed to pay is on the website but no one can get it right. AND my discounts have magically disappeared. This is insane. Badly run company.
