I traded in two phones in November of 2023 and was promised a $200 gift card one for each phone $400. I sent phones in and received email they were accepted then went to site filled pout rebate form. I called after 30 days to say I didn't receive and was told I have to wait 90 days after submitting. after 90 days I called back and was told there was an issue when forms were submitted and they would submit them for me. I was told I would have to wait another 90 days. so after 6 months no gift cards I called back and they had to make an escalation request that would take 4-6 weeks. then I called back after 6 weeks and no gift cards and we have to seclude it again and wait 4-6 weeks. after another 12 weeks. I spoke with Verizon again and was told that the escalation obviously are not working and it would be pointless to escalate it again so he would credit my account $400 I was not happy with that but agreed to it. When my bill came there was no credit so I called back and they said there were no notes saying they would credit my account and they were unwilling to credit me the $400 to my account. the only thing I can do is do another escalation and wait for 4-6 weeks I told them after 6 weeks on August 27th 2024 If it is not resolves I will be leaving Verizon for failing to keep with their agreement. Today 9/4/24 and I am on phone and they are saying they will credit my account $400 and to Give them another week. I started recording all my calls with them and I am doubtful it will work. They have one week or I am leaving
