$200.00 Gift card never delivered

The first gift card said we passed the eligibility and we’d receive a email with the link to redeem the gift card by June 20. No email was ever received.

The second gift card applied for said we will receive a email by July 9  which is after the eligibility date. But we received an email acknowledging that it was received an we could follow the status by clicking the link below. Well that link does not work.
