Hello,
I bought a gift card for $200. It is showing as invalid when I try to use it. I have phoned customer service, been transferred from person to person for well over an hour without resolution + spent several hours on chat and no one has been able to help. I have also been in the store and they placed a ticket, saying it would be resolved by Friday but I have not been contacted again. I was told it had been escalated but have not been contacted at all.
This has been a time consuming and frustrating process. I would like this gift card to be activated or a full refund for $200.
Please escalate this to your leadership team, payments hub department or whoever can PROMPTLY resolve this issue.
