We switched 4 lines and got all new iphones and 2 watches in October 2023(came from AT&T, and were told on the phone we would get a $200 ecard for each phone..We got 3 of the ecards on Jan 4th ,and finally got the 4th ecard today (3/1).But when my wife called to use towards our bill,she was told they have a $0 balance(Even though the agent says nothing is showed purchased with these cards)She's spent hours on the phone only to get the run-a-round,transferred from person to person,even the rebate center,only to end up with a bot. Even after being told they were switching to a LIVE agent.This happened TWICE today.Totally FISHY.. I'm guessing the game plan all along is they figure people will just give up,or they have an internal theft problem.
