300cartoffer promotion

I was wondering has anyone received the 300cartoffer promotion I've been back and forth with tech support and I keep getting a run around it was supposed to be a Verizon egift card of 300 dollars after becoming a new customer i completed  the requirements and talked with tech support a few different times they seemed to look into it but then nothing happens I was wondering has anyone actually received this promotion or is it just a hoax.
