I have made mistakes. Getting new phones with this company. Locked into contracts for a lifetime. Been with this corporation back when they were Altell 20 years and I spend entirely too much time on the phone getting the run around empty promises and lies.
My phone is not working hardly at all right now I am really not in the mood to get on the line again I'm generally spending approximately 5 hours a week dealing with these guys billing situations, text situations, problems with signal etc etc. Done. The last straw was today when I see my next bill estimate this is going to be the third month I am going being charged for Netflix that we never used. The lady said it would drop off last month it did not the lady said it would drop off this month it doesn't look like it's going to we're constantly fed bad deal all the time. I feel like we are in a constant trap. Our phones won't even work in our house even with a booster. We've gone around and around and around and around and around and around and around around trying to get that part fixed. And we don't even live out in the sticks. I'm done
