"$50/month with no qualifying mobile plan and AutoPay" showed in Verizon web site and that's the reason I applied for Verizon 5G home. After the 2nd month, I received a bill for $60 instead of $50. I chatted with an agent and she told me the $10 autopay discount only apply to verizon phone plan, not the sole 5G home plan. I feel being mis-leaded. Could someone from Verizon confirm this please?

I'm so sorry to hear of all the confusion surrounding your 5G Home Plan, you are correct and confirmed by the link there is a $50 option. It sounds like you may not have a qualifying payment option set up. So we can have a closer look we will be sending a Private Note.
