- Just got my April Bill on March 30. Went from $76.93 to $85.21 which is over an $8 hike instead of the $4 stated in a January email. It appears I’m being charged an extra $4 for my one line PLUS $4 for extra 5G on hotspot which email stated would be given.

I find it hard to post as well as I cannot find out what a reply said!?
It says I recd a Private Message but I cannot find a way to see it. I'm 77 and not very techy anymore.
I just wanted to know why i am to pay a new monthly hike when my Plan is high already? and instead of just $4 its $7+
3 mi S of Libby MT we need a tower but never got one. Its 14 yrs waiting as we're lucky if we get 3 bars to connect. I already pay a lot for poor Service and Connection.

Yes I am annoyed that my bill went up nearly $7 when I was told $4 which I thought that was too much suddenly per mo for my SS low income budget.

The plan should only be going up $4 per line on the account. Sometimes the first bill will look higher due to timing of the billing cycle. Have you looked at the New Monthly total instead of the Next Estimated Bill total?
