I have a 90 dollar charge for a returned payment fee for a payment that I made and have confirmation number for. I was never informed that there were charges for returned payment and my bank says they never tried to take the payment out of my account. My account had sufficient funds to make the payment and it took three tries to get the payment to go through on their end. Should I contact the ftc and bbb?

I know I would be alarmed if I had a returned payment fee given those very same details, Zachs7431. We'd be happy to take a closer look into this to see what happened, and work to find a resolution.
