I have a 90 dollar charge for a returned payment fee for a payment that I made and have confirmation number for. I was never informed that there were charges for returned payment and my bank says they never tried to take the payment out of my account. My account had sufficient funds to make the payment and it took three tries to get the payment to go through on their end. Should I contact the ftc and bbb?

I know I would be alarmed if I had a returned payment fee given those very same details, Zachs7431. We'd be happy to take a closer look into this to see what happened, and work to find a resolution. Yepp! Same with me. I change my payment method last billing cycle, set up a payment arrangement, and they still had the old one up and tried to charge it. Regardless, the bill was due today and the day isnโt over yet and the charge was automatically put on there. I paid my balance.
Yes I have the same charge making my bill double the normal price I don't understand 90 because I was broke when the money was supposed to be in the account how I'ma afford a extra 90$ on my account
