ACP

Your agent told us we would qualify for ACP because my mom lives with us and is on Social Security, also I received a notice from a friend that we would also qualify since my son is Special Needs and is on Medicaid. I can't figure out how to apply for this? The agent also said to check if Fios Forward was in our area, that it could be totally free, if so. How do I get ACP and find out if Fios Forward is in my area?
