ADDING $10 PERKS WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!!!

I noticed my bill amount keeps changing each month so I got on the app and after all this time realized I was being charged $10 for a perk I NEVER authorized!! I remove it from the app and it says that my next bill statement will be $10 cheaper well I got my bill statement and my bill did not drop $10 like it was suppose to. I get on my app to check and they now have me signed up for a completely different perk that I NEVER authorized!! This is theft! I called customer service and was given a $10 credit but this company has been stealing money from me for only God knows how long. I just figured out how to use the app. I’m telling you they add something else to my bill without my consent again I’m dropping Verizon and changing phone services! Everyone needs to bc after some searching Verizon does this to their customers all the time! This is complete theft! I promise if I see one more unauthorized charge I’m dropping Verizon! THIEVES!

If you keep getting some $10 perk added on every month, I'm willing to bet that you were signed up on MyPlan, which is not just for mobile service, but you MUST have at least one additional perk at $10/month or more on your account.

If you are not under a contract - i.e. you brought your own phone to Verizon and are not getting a free phone, promotional rate pricing, trade-in to upgrade, Price Lock for 3 years, or something else for 36 months - see if someone can restructure your account so you're only paying for a mobile service plan. If, however, you are under contract, you'll either have to stick it out, or pay whatever early termination penalties there are to bail.
