Account Cancelled//I want it back-need it back

I been going thru financial hardships and been in hospital all this month for large mass which was cancerous. I haven't been able to speak let alone move. I had someone take care of my bill for me . However, they checked my email and now I got a auto message saying account has been terminated. The account was just paid in full at 3:00am CST but the payment/s were pulled from a checking account. 

Can I still get this restored? I cant get a hold of anyone at Verizon and everything is close now since its 4:00am
