I have been calling every VZW number possible to reach a live human agent. My services have been suspended without notice and I need to speak to financial services. The robot prompt will not let me get through to a live human agent and will just hang up after me pressing 0 numerous times. or shouting out agent, human, help, also hung up on me for saying nothing at all. This is an emergency and I need to speak to a human. I have scheduled a call back but that is not for another hour or so. LIVE AGENT HELP 0000000000!

Thank you for raising your concerns about being able to get in touch with someone for payment support. When service is suspended, if the automated system refers you to make it payment it means there are no payment plan options available and paying the past due in full is the only way to restore service. https://www.verizon.com/support/promise-to-pay-faqs/
