Account closed and I cannot get information

Hello,

I closed my mobile account and paid my final bill.  Included in that bill were device payments.  I need to see what those device payments were and the IMEI associated to those final device payments.  When I try to log into the disconnected log-in, it says my account is locked.

 

Please let me know as soon as possible since I will be losing $1,000 without this information.  Thank you
