Hi, hope someone can help me. My dad passed away recently and my elderly mom needs to pay bills. We know a Verizon payment is due this week but we can't locate any paperwork with the account number. She says the bill went to his email, they didn't get a paper bill. I am worried about her losing phone and internet service.
no idea what to do to get this resolved.
