Account is disconnected and my account is locked

I need a copy of my device payment agreement but I cannot log into my disconnected account. It says my account is locked for security purposes. I can't chat with anyone because it wants me to sign in first. Can anyone  here help out?

You can try to log in by going to this website: https://secure.verizon.com/accessmanager/public/c/fu/loginDisconnectedStart. Customer Service does not have a way to unlock the account. If you need a copy of your bill, we can send one to you via USPS. Let us know if you would like to continue!
