I was enrolled in autopay before and was receiving the discount but i noticed a while ago i was not enrolled in autopay anymore and my account is restricted from using a bank account as a payment method so i cant get the discount anymore.
It doesnt even say why my account is restricted so im wondering if anyone can help me?

Hello, noviibun. Help is here. Please tell us more. Which type of payment method for checking are you using, meaning, is it a regular checking or savings account? A money market account or a CD? When you attempted to add the payment method, did you receive an error message? If yes, what did it say exactly?
