Account suspended after paying phone bill

I have had no service on my phone for almost 48 hrs  now and I paid my past due balance and my upcoming bill (which costed 20 dollars more than usual) and my account is still suspended! I’ve tried to reconnect it through my app as well as by calling every possible number for Verizon that there is, all have redirected me to the automated person telling me that it could take up to 15 mins for my service to reconnect, and that I would receive the confirmation text when it is done. It has been over 48 hrs of me trying that it still has not been restored I also visited my local Verizon store and was told they couldn’t help me because it’s a billing thing and they don’t handle that, the lady was also very rude to me! I have also tried calling the service numbers off my parents phones and a friends phone and they all lead the the automated person, I can’t talk to a real human! I am a model and need my phone for many things for modeling (my job) as well as for my college classes and I can’t even use it! Someone please help me out! It’s important that I get my service back!
