Is there a reason the account tab in the app won’t load now? When the app was updated to show the new logo, accessibility to all features diminished.
I have same issue and cant find help
We want to always make it easy to manage your account, and are sorry to read about the trouble you're running into with the My Verizon app. Please tell us, what happens when you click the account tab? Are the app and device fully up to date? Has the device been restarted?

Hi Izzy, yes the app is fully updated. In fact there was an update today for “bug fixes” and I’m still experiencing the same issue. The only thing it does is spin and never loads anything. Tried 7/1 and just now and all it keeps doing is spinning.

We're sorry to read that you're experiencing issues with the app. Have you tried clearing the cache and data from the app. This can be done in the Settings under Apps. ~Peter
Yes, I have done this. I still can’t get in to my account tab on the app. I also cannot get online to make a payment either I get “We are unable to process your request at this time.”
