Hello, my account was suspended yesterday. I paid the bill. I currently have a 0.00 balance. I have talked to several representatives at Verizon, as well as my husband. I Even went to an actual Verizon store and they called to get my service restored and was told they put a ticket in and i should be restored in two hours. It has now been a full 24 hours and the service has yet to be reinstalled.
