I told on 11/30 by an in store rep that the three $35 activation fees would be waived due us activating on the last day of the month. First bill has already processed and guess what—The $105 in activation fees was added to our acct. We transferred from another carrier.

MB23287, we're sorry to hear that there was an activation fee that wasn't refunded as promised. Verizon charges an activation or upgrade fee whenever a new line is opened or a device is upgraded and these are usually not waived unless there is a promotion. You can find more information here about our upgrade and activation fees: https://www.verizon.com/support/upgrade-device-faqs
We'd be happy to take a look at your account to see if there's any missed promotions that would waive those fees. We'll send you a Private Note shortly.

Still no resolution. Store rep never called me back. Really unhappy that someone at the store can state that activation fees are waived but fees still post.

If there was a waived activation fee promo, it can take like 3 billing cycles to be credited back
