I had the 100/100 internet installed Jan 2019. There was the promo for $50 Amazon gift card reward which I signed up for, when I open my homepage under Fios Rewards it says: "Thanks for registering for your Amazon.com Gift Card. We will email the card in 1-2 days." This message has been the same for a few months. When I click the link it says reward processing - and it's been that way for more than a month now as well. I still haven't received the gift card. I am wondering when will I ever get the $50 Amazon gift card?? Is anyone else having this issue??
